Accept ordinary Hugging Face bearer tokens alongside the OAuth proxy flow, and expose the FastMCP file-upload app backend action in tools/list.

The file upload app emits a hashed backend tool call (for example 0a9f249006af_store_files). MCP proxy servers need that action to appear in tools/list so they can register and forward it; otherwise the app fails with Tool ..._store_files not found.
