A great handicraft artisan once said, "In craft, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Even a uni-size clothing or a wrist watch needs to expand or contract to fit the wearer."
And that applies to training a lora too. The training, mind it.
Or let me put it bluntly - it is the result which matters, not how you trained the lora.
Just like it is the woodwork which matters, not how you did it.
